The Generational Perspectives Survey aims to bridge this gap by delving into the attitudes, behaviors, values, and preferences of different generational cohorts within the AEC industry. By uncovering these insights, we can better equip organizations and researchers with the knowledge needed to navigate the complexities of a multi-generational workforce effectively.

In today's rapidly evolving landscape of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, one aspect often overlooked is generational diversity. With multiple generations coexisting in our workplaces and communities, it's crucial to understand the unique experiences, values, and perspectives each generation brings to the table.
