About this study
Global Diversity Collaborative is excited to announce the Generational Perspectives Survey. As DEI and JEDI continue to evolve, generational diversity is often overshadowed by other dimensions of diversity. There are multiple generations working and living side by side. Each generation brings unique experiences, values, and perspectives shaped by the events and societal norms of their time. This diverse mix of generations in society provides a broader range of viewpoints and ideas, which can lead to more innovative solutions, interactions and better decision-making.
We know anecdotally that there are challenges to having a multi-generational workforce, however we don’t have comprehensive information about how each generation feels about working with the others. This survey will provide critical insights and information on that gap.
